The Company can machine and manufacture all parts of the aluminum profile extruders at 15000 tons and below; the Company not only has the independent ability to machine the extruders manufactured by the enterprise, but also has the ability to manufacture and repair the core mechanical accessories of the world-class 10000-ton aluminum profile extrusion container, extrusion stem, and profile manufacturing machine container, fully covering the machining and repair capacity of the copper and aluminum extruders available on the market. The Company has salt bath furnace, all kinds of pit-type heat treatment heating furnace and tempering furnace, φ2500×3000 and φ600×6000 deep-well furnace, and excellent testing equipment for quenching and tempering of all kinds of molds and tools, and hardness and metallography of long-axis hardening treatment, with the quality up to national standards. The Company has the ability to machine and harden all components of the aluminum profile extruder at 12500 tons and below.
